Located amidst the breathtaking mountains of Tahoe, the Alpine Valley Ski Resort aspires to offer a seamless ski equipment rental experience. With this vision in mind, the resort seeks to develop a mobile app that allows users to effortlessly order products with efficiency and effectiveness.

Unveiling the Challenges.

As the Lead Product Designer, I was tasked with completing a design challenge to create a MVP for the "Alpine Valley Ski Resort" in Tahoe. The challenge involved creating an Information Architecture (IA) and a User Flow for the app's structure, as well as developing high-fidelity mockups and a prototype.

In-store pickup option during checkout for added convenience. User-selected pickup time with real-time notifications. Smooth integration with on-site operations.

I conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. Additionally, I studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights. This comprehensive approach allowed me to gather valuable data, informing our design decisions and ensuring that the final product met user expectations and industry standards.
